Email addresses need to match

When your sign-in to TopTennisTips after making a purchase at one of our payment providers (Patreon or Clickbank) and you don't see any tips, you need to make sure that your TopTennisTips email address and your email address at the payment provider match.

The easiest way to fix this is to change the email address at the payment provider. You can find descriptions/link how to do that:

Model version need to match as well

The model version set to your TopTennisTips account also needs to match the subscription. After a subscription, please follow the steps below to setup your TopTennisTips account correctly: steps 1-5 are required, the other steps are optional steps and other important information.
โ€‹

  1. Set the model version for your subscription (mv2021-08 for Basic, mv2022-07 for Pro or mv2024-04 for Expert).

  2. Click the "Set Recommended Filters" button.

  3. Click the "Save All" button

  4. Note here: if you find the model gives you too many tips or want higher success rate raise the minimum probability or minimum expected value by 5% (you can repeat this process to narrow it down even further)

  5. Make sure email notifications are enabled (on the account page)

  6. Identify your bankroll and don't risk more than 1-2% of the bankroll on a given tip.

  7. When you get a tip, look for the Min Value Odds on the website or in the email. If the odds at the bookie are equal or higher than the Min Value Odds, you can bet it. Min Value Odds is a theoretical minimum, so always betting at that value will not get the results as on the backtest page. Try to bet early though, because odds tend to drop for our tips.

  8. When you first get access, the tips that are immediately available are already there for some time, so chances are that their odds already dropped. You may want to wait for new tips to arrive so you can bet them early after they have been published.

What are filters or filter sets?

In the background we predict all professional tennis matches, which usually means 800-1200 matches and 5000-7000 markets every day (bookmakers usually cover 800-1000 markets daily). Out of these matches, not all provide a good opportunity to bet, of course.ย

We created a way to filter these tips, based on probability, odds and expected value. Applying this filter set on the tips happens automatically: you only get the tips shown that match your filter set.

Recommended (Default) Filter Set

When you first sign in, you get a recommended filter set (for the Basic model) added to your account. When we created the filter set we tried to make it so that it suits the needs of the average user: it provides enough tips but still with a good yield.ย

Use the "Set Recommended Filters" button on the backtest page to set the recommended filters for the model version you selected (recommended filters set are different for different models).

How to change your filter set?

The filter set can be changed on the Backtest page. It requires a solid knowledge of betting basics and a good understanding of our backtest tool as it's very easy to configure filters in a way that less profitable or losing tips are included too.ย

Is it the right day of the week?

Tennis has a weekly cycle: most matches are played in the beginning of the week, from Monday to Thursday. Naturally, towards the end of the week with the lower number of matches there are less tips too.
